By installing or using the SnapFull Chrome extension ("Extension") or any associated websites and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
SnapFull is a Chrome browser extension that captures full-page screenshots of web pages. The Service is available in two tiers:
Pro subscriptions are billed annually. All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms of service and authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Paddle customer portal; access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period.
To access Pro features, you must authenticate using your email address and a one-time verification code. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your account.
You must use the same email address when purchasing a subscription that you use to log in to the Extension. If you use a different email, your Pro status may not be activated automatically. Contact us for manual resolution.
You agree not to:
All rights, title, and interest in the Extension and Service — including source code, design, and trademarks — remain with SnapFull. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. Screenshots you capture are your own content.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SNAPFULL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SnapFull operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
