SnapFull ("the Extension") is a Chrome browser extension that captures full-page screenshots of web pages you visit. This policy explains what data is collected, how it is stored, and what is shared with third parties.
The short version: screenshots stay on your device. If you use the Pro plan, we store your email address to manage your subscription. We never sell your data.
Screenshots and History
When you trigger a capture, the Extension renders a full-page screenshot entirely inside your browser. The resulting image is stored locally on your device in the browser's IndexedDB storage. No screenshot is ever transmitted to any external server.
Email Address (Pro users only)
If you choose to sign in and subscribe to the Pro plan, we collect your email address. This is used solely to authenticate your account and verify your subscription status. We do not use your email for marketing without your explicit consent.
No Browsing History
The Extension does not read, record, or transmit your browsing history, page content, passwords, form data, or any other personal information.

All locally stored data can be deleted at any time from the Extension's History gallery ("Clear All") or by uninstalling the Extension. Pro account data can be removed by signing out or contacting us.
Paddle (payment processing)
Pro subscriptions are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. When you subscribe, Paddle collects your payment information and email address under their own Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your card details.
Email delivery
One-time verification codes are sent via a transactional email provider. Your email address is used solely to deliver the code and is not retained by the email provider beyond delivery.
The Free plan does not communicate with any third-party services. No analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs are included in either plan.

We retain your email address and subscription status for as long as your account exists. If you cancel your subscription and sign out, your account data is removed from our servers within 90 days. Screenshots are stored only on your device and are never sent to us.
The Extension does not knowingly collect any information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so we can delete it.
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be published here with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
