Refund Policy

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not happy with SnapFull Pro for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • Your refund request is submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • You have not previously received a refund for a SnapFull subscription.

Renewal charges are refundable if requested within 7 days of the renewal date, provided you have not used Pro features since the renewal.

2. How to Request a Refund

Open an issue at github.com/JerryLiang1222/SnapFull/issues with the subject "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address used for the purchase.
  • The approximate purchase date.
  • A brief reason (optional but appreciated).

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.

3. After a Refund

Once a refund is issued, your Pro subscription will be cancelled and Pro features will no longer be accessible. Your screenshot history and locally stored data are unaffected — they remain on your device.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Requests made more than 7 days after the purchase or renewal date.
  • Accounts that have already received a refund for a prior subscription period.
  • Purchases made fraudulently or in violation of our Terms of Service.
