If you're not happy with SnapFull Pro for any reason, contact us within 7 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.
You are eligible for a full refund if:
Renewal charges are refundable if requested within 7 days of the renewal date, provided you have not used Pro features since the renewal.
Open an issue at github.com/JerryLiang1222/SnapFull/issues with the subject "Refund Request" and include:
We will process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paddle, our payment processor.
Once a refund is issued, your Pro subscription will be cancelled and Pro features will no longer be accessible. Your screenshot history and locally stored data are unaffected — they remain on your device.
